A service agreement reduces the risk of stoppages

Products are different and the use means a lot for when it is really necessary to check whether everything is  running as it should. We create customized service agreements to ensure service when needed - not before and not after.

Preventative maintenance and service reduces the risk of downtime and prolongs product life.

At  a Service visit  we check the product for a number of factors, such as:

- Pressure / flow compared to Amp. consumption
- Oil cleanliness and water content, and whether the oil has been exposed to high temperatures
- Visual wear on moving / rotating parts
- Filter condition, and whether the filters are correctly dimensioned
- Oil Leak in system
- Whether the plant can be optimized operationally and energy wise
- Visual leakage and possible impending hose burst
- Control of electrical connectors and switches
